NIH leaders and RECOVER researchers will provide updates on RECOVER-Treating Long COVID (RECOVER-TLC), the next phase of Long COVID clinical trials

Registration is now open for the second annual RECOVER-TLC workshop, Pathways to Treatments. This event—hosted by the Foundation for the National Institutes of Health (FNIH) and the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID)—will update the Long COVID community on RECOVER-TLC’s progress and seek feedback on what it needed to identify safe and effective treatments for Long COVID clinical trials.

Register to attend the workshop—in-person or virtually—on September 9-10, 2025, in Bethesda, MD. In-person registration closes August 25.

The workshop will also share perspectives from people with Long COVID and provide updates on RECOVER studies, including observational studies, clinical trials, and pathobiology studies. Review the workshop’s tentative agenda.

Building on the work of the RECOVER Initiative, RECOVER-TLC—launched in 2024—aims to unite scientific and patient communities in finding new approaches to address Long COVID.
